Requests and orders

A request made online is a request for a quote. The price is agreed in a quote before anything is produced, and the details of each order (price, delivery, payment) are in its quote or invoice.

Payments

Invoices are due as stated on them. Online payments are processed by our payment processor under its own terms.

SMS / text messaging terms

Program name: Beam and Ink. When you agree to receive texts (for example by ticking the box on our request form), Beam and Ink sends you text messages about your requests and orders.

• Message types: request confirmations, quotes, order updates, invoices, payment receipts, replies to your questions.
• Message frequency varies with your requests and orders.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will get one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to subscribe again.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Your mobile number and opt-in are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
